Carmen Sullo, NCC, PCC

Carmen Sullo, Certified Coach
My background as an IT Project Manager and Agile Coach for software development in leading financial institutions put me on a path towards leadership development and coaching. My values in strong, passionate, authentic leadership and developing powerful, high performing teams that are deeply trusted led to a reputation for developing highly trusted, energetic teams and leaders. I believe that through coaching, people are able to access the best possible versions of themselves, and when they do that, they inspire the best in those around them. This is how I define leadership. In addition to helping individuals and teams live and lead from a values and relationships based perspective, I am also passionate about women’s leadership and advocacy, parenting, and education.
I graduated from the University of Richmond with a BA in Information Systems Management. I have extensive hands-on expertise in the disciplines of Project Management and Agile Software Delivery as a certified agile coach. I am trained through the Newfield Network in ontological coaching (NCC) and hold a certification through the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC). My clients include individuals who are working through life transitions in family, career, and relationships and leaders in organizations from large and small including Capital One, United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS), and Support One.
I live in Richmond, Virginia with my husband, two snarky children and an ever changing pet population. My children continue to be my greatest source of inspiration; they continuously challenge me to practice and demonstrate my personal values, and be a role model for learning and growing out loud. I’m a fitness enthusiast and a student of Tae Kwon Do.
